The factory technical workers design the patterns according to the guest's design drafts or professional software, which are file formats that can be read by jacquard machines; and then choose suitable raw materials, such as nylon, polyester, spandex, etc., according to the application fields and performance requirements of jacquard elastic belts, jacquard elastic bands.
After the weaving is completed, the jacquard elastic tapes, jacquard webbing will be subjected to treatments including width setting, heat setting, burnishing, sizing, color fixing and softening to improve jacquard elastic bands' appearance, feel and stability.
